We do not currently accept refunds but we will exchange your defective products.

RETURN POLICY

Hello, here’s all you need to know about getting your Oh Nevermind product replaced. We offer an exchange within 3 days of you receiving your order.

Please note that exchanges can only be made under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival

  • The product must have no clear signs of use

To initiate an exchange, please email us at ohhey.nvm@gmail.com. Once we receive the product from you, we’ll inspect it and let you know about the next steps.

Due to the nature of the product, at the moment, we do not have a ‘return for refund’ policy.
